You may choose to have us evaluate pacemaker functions via a telephone line from the comfort of your home, or in our on-site pacemaker monitoring lab. Each year, we check and verify the effectiveness of thousands of pacemakers.
Holter and Event Monitoring are simply ways of monitoring your heartbeat. Cardiologists,L.C. technicians assist our patients in recording their heart functions on a 24-hour basis via Holter Monitors.
Our technicians also work closely with those patients who are working with their cardiologists to identify specific cardiovascular problems. These are identified by wearing an Event Monitor which records changes in your heartbeat as you feel it change.
Patients may transmit the information to our technicians and cardiovascular physicians who specialize in Electrophysiology via telephone lines and computer links.
